Planeta Imaginario Training has given during last week a workshop at the International University of Catalonia (UIC) addressed to students from Education Degree emphasising in Special Education. Workshops have been focused on introducing basic concepts related with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and school integration.

Last Friday (January 9th) Planeta Imaginario Training held a new formation course in Ninis Kindergarten in Canet de Mar. We talked about the detection tools for alarm symptoms of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, a differential diagnostic, how to properly focus the possible diagnostic to parents and the main variables in treatment in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
We are proud to notify that November 28th Planeta Imaginario Training performed its first workshop oriented to nursery professionals in Esplugues (Barcelona).
Planeta Imaginario Foundation is focused, among other goals, in spreading knowledge about ASD. That's why we keep encouraging the growth of early ASD diagnose, Applied Behavior
Analysis (ABA) and effective treatments at nurseries and primary schools.
Like every year Planeta Imaginario Foundation welcomes our internship students during Year 2014-2015.
Planeta Imaginario Foundation as the reference center in ABA training, has agreements with different institutions having as purpose helping to train and promote professionals who carry out their internship with us. Currently, the Foundation collaborates with Universities such as Universitat Autònoma of Barcelona, Universidad Complutense (Madrid), University of Seville, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and centers as Superior Institute of Psychological Studies, as well as it directly cooperates with the ABA master in Madrid.
On 7, 8 and 9 November Planeta Imaginario Training will be in Killen (Texas), teaching a course on "Applied Behavior Analysis: Clinical applications for pt, ot, st, and special education" in collaboration with Texas Occupational Therapy Association.
For the second consecutive year, the Fundación Planeta Imaginario collaborates with Cent KidZ TherapEZE, so it is an honor to visit the birthplace of the ABA as trainers.
From Imaginary Planet Training, we want to thank all the students for their attendance and completion involvement during the "Monogr(à)fics Project" Course last weekend was held in Barcelona.
During the past weekend, we were trying behavioral and learning the typical behavior and self-stimulatory behavior bases, stiffness behavior and tantrums.
On the other hand, we also talk about performance evaluation through the functional analysis of behavior. Victor Rodriguez, director of Fundación Planeta Imaginario and ther Course Trainer had emphasized the importance in designing behavior modification programs.

NEW TRAINING IN MÁLAGA
A new training in Implementation and Development of Early and Behavioural Intervention Program for Children with Autism will be given by the Planeta Imaginario Foundation with AMSA's collaboration.
It will take place in Málaga, in the Centro Ciudadano y Deportivo Teatinos in May, the 28th, the 29th and the 30th.
NEW TRAINING PROJECT
The Planeta Imaginario Foundation has initiated a new training project: MONOGRAPHICS PROJECT. It will take place in Eivissa next March, the 7th, the 8th and the 9th in Can Misses School.
This time monographics will be about playing skills and schooling.
The Planeta Imaginario Foundation is pleased to inform you that we are initiating a new cooperation agreement with the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).
With the aim to contribute with new professionals training, the Foundation will hire Psychology students as interns another year.
During their internship, the students will be able to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies and will be able to learn the methology used in the intervention with children with ASD.
